Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Unfold puff pastry and cut into 8 rectangles.
Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
In one bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla.
In another bowl, beat together cream cheese layer ingredients until smooth.
Spoon 1-2 tbsp pumpkin mixture onto each pastry, then top with 1-2 tbsp cream cheese mixture.
Brush edges of pastry with egg wash.
Bake 18-20 min or until golden brown.
While pastries cool slightly, whisk glaze ingredients until smooth.
Drizzle over danishes and enjoy warm!
