Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 8 oz Bowtie Pasta farfalle
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 c Beef Broth
  • 1 c Heavy Cream
  • 1 c Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 c Parmesan Cheese grated
  • Seasonings of Choice

Instructions
 

  • Boil bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add diced onion and cook until softened. 
  • Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Drain excess fat.

Make The Sauce:

  • Stir in beef broth and bring to a simmer. 
  • Pour in heavy cream, cheddar, Parmesan. 
  • Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.

Combine:

  • Add cooked pasta and beef to the sauce. 
  • Stir until the pasta is coated in the creamy mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve:

  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and enjoy!

- Add mushrooms or bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Use different types of cheese, like mozzarella or feta.
- Substitute beef with chicken or pork.
