This week I walked through the aisles of Trader Joe’s, and y’all, fall is officially here. The shelves are bursting with pumpkin, maple, apple, spice, and everything cozy. I grabbed so many fun things I couldn’t wait to sit down and tell you all about them.
If you’re planning a trip or just want to daydream by the glow of digital aisles, here’s some of myhaul, what I loved, and what I’m eyeing when I go back. Think of it like a shop with me stroll, except I’ve done the legwork so you don’t have to.
🍂 The Seasonal Buzz: What’s New at TJ’s This Fall
First off, the “Fall Products” section of the Fearless Flyer is alive and well. Trader Joe’s calls this their “All the Fall Things” lineup. It’s their annual celebration of autumn flavors and themed items: pumpkin, apple, maple, and spices galore.

So many items are making returns or being reimagined this year. But there are also surprises, things I didn’t expect but am so glad I saw in person. Some of my standouts:

- Apple Pie Spread (new!) — A spreadable blend of chopped apples, cinnamon, and sugar that would be perfect in coffees, on toast, turnovers, or even breakfast bowls.
- Pumpkin Caramel Kringle — Fans have been waiting for its return, and sure enough, it’s back. This flaky, buttery pastry filled with spiced pumpkin and topped with caramel is already flying off the shelves.
- Salted Maple Cold Foam Creamer — A great twist for coffee lovers wanting that seasonal sweet + salty combo without heading to a coffee shop.

- Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese — Creamy with that fall squash flavor, it’s perfect for cozy dinners when you want comfort food with a twist.
- Maple & Sea Salt Kettle Corn — A snacky favorite that balances sweet + salty so beautifully.
And of course, there were returning favorites I always watch for, pumpkin spice items, spiced nuts, and seasonal yogurts.
🛒 What I Actually Grabbed (and What I Tried)
Here’s a peek into my cart and what I’m loving so far:
- A jar of Apple Pie Spread (I’ll test it in my coffees, on toast, and maybe a swirl into yogurt).
- A jar of the Maple Butter (This is definitely going into my lattes).
- The maple cold foam creamer—I’m excited to see how it changes my morning coffee.
- Apple Cinnamon Bread (Perfect pairing with the Apple Pie Spread).

One thing I love about in store hauls: you can smell, inspect, and decide in the moment. Some items I passed on this time. For example, I have so much pumpkin pie stuff, I chose to leave a lot of it there.
✅ My Favorites & What’s Worth Coming Back For
- Must-buy: The Apple Cider Donuts!! So much of what I love about fall baked goods wrapped into a donut.
- Runner-up: Apple Pie Spread-new and versatile.
- A “come back and buy next year”: The cold foam creamer is fun and it taste AMAZING!
- Snack pick: Maple Kettle Corn—light, crunchy, and drink-pairing friendly.
- Dinner pick: Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese. Definitely on my “coat make for a chilly evening” list.
- Orange Chicken & Butter Chicken: These are must have staples for my house. Quick for dinner.

✨ Behind the Scenes: What I Didn’t Expect
While walking the aisles, I noticed how fast these seasonal items move. Some shelves were already thinning.
So if your store is still light on seasonal picks, don’t panic, they’re coming. Many items drop gradually across weeks rather than all at once.
🪄 Cozy It Up—How I Use These Finds at Home
You know me. I love pulling pieces of ambiance and flavor into every corner of my home. These are just a few ways I’m planning to weave these finds into my routine this season:
- Spread Apple Pie Spread on morning toast or swirl it into overnight oats.
- Apple Cider Donuts are a morning treat for me and the boys.
- Make a maple cold foam latte at home, layering the creamer over espresso and milk.
These are the little touches that make fall feel like fall.
🌿 Final Thoughts & Tips for Your Visit
- Go early: Seasonal items can sell out fast.
- Check the new-items shelf: Many fall items debut there before spreading.
- Smell everything: You’ll find your next favorite candle or spice by whiffing first.
- Don’t expect all items at once: Seasonal restocks happen over days and weeks.
- Take Notes: Snap photos of your faves so you know what to try again next year.
If you try any of these finds, I’d love to know your favorites. Drop me a comment or tag me in your Instagram or TikTok.
Here’s to pumpkin and apple dreams, crisp air, and the joy of discovering fall flavors in the grocery aisles 🍂
